Hefei Senno Metallurgical Machinery Successfully Exports Large Castings to Belarus
A New Growth Driver for the Company’s Foreign Trade Business
Recently, Hefei Senno Machinery Co., Ltd. (“Senno Machinery”) completed the production, inspection and shipment of a batch of large castings to Belarus, marking a solid step forward in the company’s export business and adding fresh momentum to its foreign trade segment. This export is another milestone in Senno Machinery’s commitment to exploring overseas markets and expanding its international business.
Senno Machinery is a professional machinery manufacturer integrating R&D and design, foundry and machining in one, with deep expertise in steel metallurgical machinery and casting. The company owns its factory premises, equipped with multiple CNC machining centers and a full set of casting and processing equipment including hydraulic presses, with complete manufacturing capabilities from engineering design and steel casting to precision machining, assembly and inspection. Specializing in spare parts for steel rolling equipment, the company produces non-standard customized parts such as rolling mill guide equipment, guide assemblies and large steel castings, winning wide recognition from domestic and overseas customers for its reliable quality and stable supply.
The large castings exported to Belarus this time are key supporting components for the customer’s production line construction. Facing challenges such as large-tonnage castings, more over 10 tonnage, complex foundry processes, high machining precision requirements and tight delivery schedules, Senno Machinery leveraged its in-house casting and machining advantages, organized its technical team to repeatedly review drawings and process plans, and optimized casting and machining solutions. The production team worked around the clock to meet the schedule while the quality department carried out full-process inspections to ensure every component met the customer’s stringent standards. Ultimately, the products passed customer acceptance with excellent quality and were shipped on schedule, fully demonstrating Senno Machinery’s technical strength and delivery capability in large castings and guide assemblies.
The successful export of large castings is an important milestone in the development of Senno Machinery’s foreign trade business. In recent years, the company has continuously increased its export efforts and actively expanded into Belt and Road countries and CIS markets, with exported products gradually extending from small and medium-sized parts to large castings and complete components, steadily growing its export scale and customer base.
