Become a Senno partner
We are looking for agents and distributors in steel-producing markets — people with mill contacts who want a factory behind them rather than a trading desk in between.
What makes a good partner
We are small enough that the wrong partner costs us a market, so we are specific about what we are looking for.
Existing mill relationships
A trading company, service workshop or spare-parts supplier already selling into rolling mills — bar, wire rod, section or rebar producers.
Technical curiosity
You do not have to be a metallurgist, but you should want to understand guide types, materials and wear, so you can specify rather than just quote.
Local response
Ability to visit a mill, take a photo of a failed guide and get an answer back to the customer — that is where repeat business lives.
Straight dealing
We would rather have honest feedback about a lost order than a comfortable story about a market we cannot serve.
What the factory puts behind you
An agent is only as strong as the manufacturer behind them. This is the support you would actually have.
Factory-direct pricing
No intermediary layer in the supply chain — the price you sell on comes from the works that makes the part.
Engineers, not a call centre
Selection questions, drawing clarifications and failure analysis go to the engineers who design and build the guides.
Samples and documentation
Samples for verification, plus material certificates, inspection records and technical notes you can hand to a customer’s quality department.
Spare parts that repeat
Wear parts are a repeat business; drawings and inspection files are archived so a part bought years ago can be made again.
Quotation support
We quote in your customer’s terms and currency, with lead time and MOQ stated, so you are not guessing in front of the mill.
Marketing material you can use
Product data, photographs and technical notes you are free to reuse in your own market, in your own language.
How the commercial side is agreed
We are not going to publish a commission figure here and then argue about it later. Territory, pricing and support are agreed per market, in writing, before anything is shipped.
Talked through, per market
Territory, price level and support are discussed against the market, the volumes and what you bring — then put in writing by both sides.
What we ask in return
That agreed prices hold in the market, that specifications are not swapped for cheaper substitutes, and that feedback comes back honestly.
No obligation to start big
The first order can be a trial — a small batch, or one mill’s requirement — so both sides see how the other works.
Three steps, no paperwork yet
The first contact is a conversation, not a contract.
1. Tell us where and who
Country or region, the kind of mills you serve, roughly what volumes, and whether you hold stock or ship direct.
2. We talk specifics
A call or WhatsApp exchange about guide types, local competitors, price expectations and what support you need.
3. Trial, then agreement
A sample or trial batch, then written terms if it works for both sides.
Send us the basics
Use the form, WhatsApp or email — whichever you prefer. Please include the five points below so the first reply is useful.
Country / region · type of mills you already supply · your team and whether you stock · other product lines you carry · what you would want from us.
