Questions before you enquire

How quickly will I get a quotation?
Normally within one working day for parts we can price from a clear drawing or photo. Reverse engineering or a new design usually takes two to three working days for a firm quotation.
What is your MOQ?
It depends on the part. Most wear parts can be supplied in small quantities, and samples can be arranged first. The exact MOQ and any sample charge are stated in the quotation.
What lead time should we expect?
About 15 days is typical for standard items, subject to the schedule confirmed on the order. For breakdown situations, tell us on WhatsApp and we will deal with it as a priority.
Can we inspect the factory or appoint a third party?
Yes. You are welcome to visit our factory in Anhui, or appoint an inspection agency. Either way we provide inspection records and loading photos.
Payment terms and Incoterms?
Incoterms (FOB, CIF and others) and payment terms are confirmed in the formal quotation, and we can quote a landed price for your destination port.
